Catering Operations

Our 24/7 operations are divided into four key sections: Flight Preparation, Airside Logistics, Transport, and Ware Wash. Meals and onboard amenities are packed and loaded by Flight Preparation, then moved to Airside Logistics for loading onto aircraft as per flight schedules. After flights, trolleys are sent to Ware Wash for cleaning before the cycle repeats. Operating under strict timeframes, our dynamic environment demands precision, quick decision-making, and physical fitness.

Hospitality

We provide personalized food and beverage services at the First and Business Class lounges in Airport, serving over 10,000 premium passengers daily. Guests can enjoy a selection of international dishes, hot and cold buffets, and fine wines. Whether dining, working in the Business Centre, or relaxing before a flight, every guest experiences exceptional 5-star service.

Culinary

Our culinary team combines global flavors with experience from top hospitality brands to craft exceptional meals for a diverse and sophisticated clientele. We seek skilled culinary professionals with expertise in international food safety and hygiene, capable of creating dishes that delight both the palate and the eye, with a solid understanding of food science, diet, and nutrition.

  • A fully equipped Food Analysis Laboratory on site
  • A fully documented Food Safety System is in place supported 24 hours a day by a Food Hygiene and Safety Department
  • A Quality Assurance department implements and maintains a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 International Standards
  • In-house Training department where all employees are trained in various levels of food safety and hygiene including personal development courses and customer service
  • Security: 302 CCTV Security Cameras, Rap scanner, Electronic Security Gate. All vehicles, food, equipment and employees are screened to / from the facility and airside
  • 24 hour Maintenance Workshop on the premises
  • A transport fleet of 250 vehicles including 200 high loader trucks, 50 specialized high-loader trucks to service Airbus A380 aircraft
